1. No Access to the Keyboard During the Boot Process?

Help, I can not get admission to my keyboard at boot!

If that is the case, I would propose:

1-4. If the use of a PS/2 Keyboard, try changing your keyboard with a USB keyboard, restart the laptop and attempt once more.

1-five. If those steps fail, remove your keyboard connection and shut the pc off with the strength button. While computer is off, plug the keyboard returned into the pc and begin the laptop.
